For 10th consecutive year Salesforce has been positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA).

Vendors included in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant have to fulfil a number of criteria such as the ability to execute in multiple industries, make multiple software releases with significant functional improvement each year, boast at least five new customers over the past twelve months and have strategic partnerships.

Vendors positioned as leaders by Gartner have the ability to execute against their vision and demonstrate solid business results.
